Is it true that we create parallel universes with out thoughts? Teal Swan teaches that if we want to heal the past and or change it, we can visualize our most ideal outcomes that we wished happened, thus creating parallel universes where those truths exist. Then for instance, we feel better that there is a place in the universe where we didn't become traumatized in the past.

The act can also be performed in our dreams and meditations but, perhaps these universes are but mere escrows; semi-established virtual realities that are not fully actualized or even possible... After all, I can't create a parallel universe where I believe karma does not exist and yet, hurt someone at the same time.

A traumatized and damaged person is healed by uprooting and destroying the causes of their suffering, which are in their mind. There is no other remedy.

Going back to parallel universes and meditation. I believe meditation deconstructs events, e.g. a trauma in which we suffered (an old parallel universe that now resides in the 5th dimension), changing them forever due to the different observers perspective; the meditators perspective. I think this is what you meant in one lecture when you said that when you meditate and comprehend an experience, "you create a new world/reality..."

a new parallel universe? ?

You are free to create whatever illusions you wish.

Reality, however, will remain invisible to you, and you will remain confused and in suffering.

The only way to solve the problem of suffering is to learn to see reality.

For that, you have to stop creating illusions in your mind.

I can see how parallel universe traveling can potentially lead one to serial escapism where one is on the constant run-away from inconvenient past events and mistakes, which would plunge the reality surfer into worlds that are more and more ideal and thus, more and more expensive karmically.

Now, as for reality itself, I suppose the main pitfall with parallel universes is that most of our quantum leaping is happening at the 5th dimension and is thus, not objective nor real to the essence. I figure that since objective reality and liberation begins at the 6th dimension, this world would over ride many of our "ideal" parallel universes?

Many people who enter our studies want to understand how to work on deeply-rooted psychological complexes, but cannot due to lack of inner tranquility and balance. Comprehension disempowers defects and unravels psychological traumas. Little by little, as we comprehend more and more, we gain more understanding, serenity, and stability by which to approach our deepest issues. Through sincere prayer to Devi Kundalini, She annihilates the ego and its traumas within the psyche. See how in the following lecture:

Thank you very much for these.

Is it possible to partially deplete the energy behind a nagging negative emotion in order to cope while we work towards deep meditation? I understand that as students of Gnosis, we must observe ourselves, especially when we are under stress, and to further add, David Hawkins in his book, Letting Go, claims that this intimate placing of attention on our defects can also help deplete the energy behind them, which is the whole point of his book. I've been trying this but my hunch is telling me that it's only useful everyday minor trauma's, as oppose to mountains worth of rage from childhood abuse.

There is no such thing as parallel "realities" created by the mind. What the mind creates is illusion in the hell realms. Fantasies, day dreams, dreams, wishes, are all projections of the ego that are in the hell realms. The more they are strengthened through investing energy and will, the longer it takes for nature to eventually destroy them: ie. the longer the consciousness is trapped in hell.

The theory that you are promoting has no foundation in reality. It is a fantasy that misleads people into greater suffering. If you want to confirm this, simply get out of your body and observe a person who is fantasizing, creating their "parallel reality." You will see for yourself that it is simply a mirage that does nothing to alleviate their suffering, but only hypnotizes them further with illiusions, thereby deepening and extending their suffering.

I see your point but, I persist to inquire on behalf of those who reject gnosis you see.

If we weigh out the karmic effects of someone who either way, isn't interested in the spiritual path, there seems to be a possibility that the very traumatized and damaged person would do better to remain asleep but continue on with life healed with the help of their ideal parallel reality, as oppose to remain asleep whilst living with their chronic resentment, physical ailments that arose from their suppressed emotions, and their escapism into sex, food, over compensation, and violent expressions in music.

Why would you want to encourage people to become more asleep and hypnotized than they already are?

Thank you Alexis. For myself, I will bite the bullet and face reality however, I'm curious if I can advice parallel universe healing practice to those uninterested in dharma/gnosis?
