Hello. For a while, I've been struggling to project myself in astral realm, until I laid it down for a while to concentrate on other practices. I have experimented with some clues. Egipto mantra was the one which brought me closer to projecting than others. I used to practice it during the day, but usually I fall asleep during the practice and I try to quit being slothful. So practicing it during the day is not very favorable for me because I fall asleep and wake up in a more lethargic state. Also practicing it before sleep wasn't very favorable either, because it really distrupts my sleep (I continually wake up and pass out). I don't know if it had to do anything with it, but last night I practiced astral projection and couldn't sleep well after that. In addition, before the dawn I -most likely- had an experience with a succubus and had an orgasm in the astral realm (although there were no pollution physically). I usually pray before sleep so I was a little surprised to have such an experience.

Coming back to my question, I believe I've read an Instructor talking about waking in the middle of the night to practice astral projection. I searched for it yet I couldn't find the technique, when to wake up in the middle of night and how to practice. Would you kindly remind me? With my best wishes.

You can wake up in the middle of the night and try to remember your dreams and experiences. Then, lie in bed and practice any of the astral projection mantras you know. Fall asleep while chanting the mantras, first aloud, then whispered, then in the mind. Waking up in this way can give you a jump start and get Christic energies flowing, so that you produce a conscious shock and enter the astral plane at will.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Thank you for your answer Instructor. I am heavily struggling with astral projection. In the past months I had a couple experiences where I have almost left my body, but I was too "heavy" or "sticky" to fully leave. So, would you recommend setting an alarm to wake up in the middle of the night? For a few nights I have been organically waking up around 4 or 5 pm, but I'm not sure if I should just go without an alarm.
