Hello everyone

This morning I was off work today and had the luxury of having a long lie in.

I woke up early and went back to sleep again but as I was drifiting off to sleep there was this black cat in the astral plane standing at the bottom of my bed.

Later on when eventually going to sleep an unfortunate situation arose were there was a lustful event involving two people on my bed, were i was the observer.

It was quite a powerful impression and It impacted my energy. I felt the inevitability of the nocturnal emission coming on and imediedly breathed in and held my breathe. This imediately froze the energy and stopped the emision from happening. I had to hold the breathe for a good few seconds as long as necessary, nonetheless it stopped the emission.

This was in one of Samael Aun Weor's books were he mentions that when in the sexual act if we feel the spasm about to occur we can hold the breathe and it restrains the energy. The same applies for nocturnal emissions to I suppose.

Just thought I would share this as I know many have these problems.

Thanks

Master Samael explains this technique in his book "The Perfect Matrimony." See the reference below from the chapter entitled, "The Ninth Sphere," specifically the section on "The Sexual Spasm."

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
