I have a question about pranayama. Can a woman who has her tubes tied practice pranayama?

I'm in the process of preparing to consult a doctor about reversing the tubal ligation. But I would like to know if I can practice pranayama or if that's something I should refrain from until after the reversal. Something I saw in my dream last night made me realize after I meditated on it that I should question whether I should practice pranayama or not.

You can still practice, but there will be limitations to the flow of energy.

Restoring the sexual organs to their natural function and utilizing the sacred rites of rejuvenation can heal the vital channels, in accordance with the law.

Ok. That makes sense. In my dream I was drinking wine from a wine glass and then I added water to it after drinking it so the wine became watered down. I know I have a lot of karma to pay which is why I'm setting up my life so I can do more volunteer work and pay for the karma with good deeds. Thank you very much for your response.
