Inverential Peace!
There are those who state that a woman should not do any spiritual practices for 40 days after giving birth, since her body and her sexual organs are recovering.
Other than prayer and meditation, what practices can a woman do during this period? Did Master Samael ever specify anything on the matter?
Thank you in advance.

...the spouse must never be obligated by force to practice Maithuna when she is sick or with her menstruation, or when she is pregnant, because these are crimes of violence against nature. The woman who has given birth to a child can only practice the Maithuna forty days after childbirth. - Samael Aun Weor
Any other "rules" have been added by others.
