Hello,
I have been practising chastity for little over a year; however I only knew enough and began transmuting( using pranayama on my own) about 6 months ago and only recently began consistently mostly daily using the practice. It seems as though since I have been using the practice more often the sexual desire has increased so much. It feels harder then in the beginning months! Could I be doing something wrong? Should I increase how often or the time durations? I also sometimes have issues handling the physical enegry I get the next day after pranayama it feels as if I have had espresso. Some times it is intense and I get anxiety but am managing that better through meditation. I really feel that being in a sexual relationship (engaging in sex I adamantly did not want) has caused a lot of harm, and I am not sure what is happening to me is there a way to heal from that? Is it common for chasity to become harder to keep? I am grateful for any advice and insight. Thank you so much!

The damages caused by fornication can be healed through transmutation, sacred rites, runes, alchemy, mantras and energy work, meditation and elimination of the ego, etc. This is a long and patient process.

As for having too much energy after transmutation, you should engage in creative exercises to help channel this energy towards constructive purposes, such as art, writing, poetry, painting, sculpture, music, exercise, sacred rites, physical exercise, walks or hikes, swimming, weight lifting, or whatever may help you to be active and help your body to rest. Only you can determine through experimentation what will work.

Sexual desire might seem overwhelming in the beginning because the sexual energy is showing you what subconscious elements already are working beneath the surface; the creative energy sheds light upon our internal abyss. Transmutation does not feed lust, although when we take energy away from the ego, desire fights to keep its existence. Be patient, continue your transmutation exercises, and observe, comprehend, and annihilate the ego in meditation. This is a long process, for as Jesus taught, “With patience ye shall possess your souls.”

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"
