Hello dear Instructors and students. I wanted to ask if it is advisable to tweak on some techniques of practices like pranayamas and yoga. As an example, I've been practicing Ham-Sah pranayama for a couple months and it occured to me that using bandhas could be beneficial to retain the energy and releasing it with more force, clearing the nadhis and accumulating more energy. Can I do that if I find a sustainable technique? I'm aware that there are non-negotiable factors in Master SAW's teaching. But is experimenting on little details like that advised?

All Mudras and Bandhas are totally useless for the new Aquarian era.

The techniques taught in 99% of yoga were useful in the Piscean era, which is over. Those techniques are antiquated and have very limited value today.

Rather than modifying the techniques Samael Aun Weor taught, practice them exactly and with patience: you will discover that the "ineffectiveness" is not due to the technique, but to your mind. Even though ham-sah appears simple, it is not. It is incredibly profound.

Thank you Instructor, where can I learn more about eras and their effects?
