Basic question about the practice of sexual alchemy: what, exactly, is the practice of sexual alchemy for the female?
The reason I ask...it is stated in several places that the practice for the male is not to "spill the cup of Hermes," intercourse without spilling the semen, etc. But of course, females cannot "spill" semen. What, then, is their equivalent practice?

Clearly, this cannot refer only to males, since females must also have equal access to the second birth; therefore, remove the gender from the quote.

So the true method, then, is for both the male and the female to avoid orgasm.
And so, it is not a matter of spilling the "seed" or emission of the physical semen; it is more about both the male and the female avoiding the orgasm itself. The terminology here is pretty important.
I've heard of other schools and individuals that teach "orgasm without ejaculation," "ejaculating up the spine," Mantak Chia's and others' methods of sublimation and etc. It seems like the truth has never been an easy thing to find, but the challenge today is finding it in the midst of so many different contradictory teachings.
