The Gnostic opinion is that the Holy spirit is the sexual seed? And that orgasm is the Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit, correct? Can you explain this more in detail to me?
The Roman Catholic view that I've been taught in, says that Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is rejecting Christs attempts to make his presence known to the individual, to the point where you are unwilling to admit your sin and ask for forgiveness or repent. In order to work with the column of the middle, you have to work with the mysterious Sephirah Daath.
Daath is the work of God in the throat and in the sexual organs. When we talk about creation, in this lower plane you know that in order to create we need the sexual energy. In order to create an animal, a plant, or a human being we need the sexual act, the union of the two forces, feminine and masculine. As we said, the Holy Spirit rules over Yesod, the sexual organs, thus sexuality is the domain of the Holy Spirit. But, here, when we create, you know lust is involved, and God cannot mix with lust. But above, when God creates, he creates with the power of the word, with the power of the Verb. That is why it is here Daath. That is why it is written “In the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God.”

Divinity creates through the throat (Daath). So, the sexual energy of the Tree of Life works in two ways: through the sexual glands and through the throat.
