Bliss

When we have been practicing the 3 factors for quite some time, one starts to feel spontaneous releases of bliss within themselves, for example, exactly how it is explained in the 6 yogas of Naropa. Along the spine in the endocrine system or the chakras. It tends to increase when you concentrate & relax one at a time each centre starting from the root then upwards. Once it reaches the throat the bliss becomes pretty crippling as it floods the mind and all thoughts seem to cease. I understand that sensation is sensation and experiences come & go, but does this bliss come from the being inside, or is it the product & presence of the divine mother as one continues practicing and refining the Holy of Holies?

Bliss is the contemplation of the soul towards the majesty of divinity.

Physical bliss can be experienced in sexual alchemy, but that is not the point of transmutation, to experience pleasant sensations.

Let go of identifying with the body, with energies, with emotions, with the mind. Focus your attention inward so as to access a state of intuition and being. This is the meaning of pratyahara, withdrawal from every distraction, so that we can contemplate divinity.

Wow, straight to the point, exactness and precise with your answer, thank you Almustafa you made it very clear and understandable. I can see how students could mistaken inner physical blisses for spiritual, there is no clear explanation/guidance really for it but you have made it all clear. Hopefully this will help someone else in need and not just my worthless self. Thanks again. :)
