The ascension of the kundalini is dependent on the merits of the heart. If this is so then a hasnamussen would never be able to exist right? Can you guys clarify this? Thanks

The process of change from one thing to another cannot occur instantly: there is a process of transformation, in which the old parts die so the new parts can be born. If you observe a seed, for the tree to emerge, the seed must die. Yet, along the way, there are many stages of change. The same principle applies to us. The problem is that we are not pure, clean seeds. If we were, the kundalini would arise as easily and quickly as a seed sprouts. We are hasnamussen - all of us - because we have ego. In other words, our seed is corrupted. For the kundalini to arise, we have to "clear the way." That is what is meant by it "arising by the merits of the heart." It does not mean that the ego must be 100% gone first: it means that as we clean our psyche, the way is made clear for the kundalini to arise.

I see what you’re saying. All though respectfully and for the end result of clarification; I don’t remember Samael say that we the beings that have not yet created the solar bodies are hasnamussen. What I remember him say is that hasnamussen like Adromelek (I believe his name was) are beings who created the solar bodies, but didn’t annihilate the ego. That’s where I got confused and I said isn’t the ascension of the kundalini dependent on the merits of the heart? And now from what you answered I can see that hasnamussen have rid the ego but not 100% but just enough so that kundalini could rise. It made sense to me then that that’s why V.M. Samael says hasnamussen are abortions of the Divine Mother; because they didn’t finish the process. They were in the womb only 4 1/2 months instead of 9 so to speak.

Well, allow me now to specify this issue of the hasnamussen, since it is worth knowing them: there are four classes of hasnamussen.

The first class of hasnamussen are individuals who only possess a planetary body and nothing else. Do you know what is the planetary body? It is the physical body. Beyond it, what they have within them is the ego and nothing more; they have the Essence bottled up within their ego. Then, they are subjects that due to the activities of their ego and some black magic, create a — we may say — fatal substance, which is practically a hasnamuss’s substance. Well, the first class is deadly because when the time to die arrives, all those "I's" disembody and are left in the internal worlds, but their hasnamuss substance continues to exist for a short time, but does not cause major damage since they do not have the superior existential bodies of the Being. There is no focal point, there is no permanent center of gravity. This class of hasnamussen is mortal. The substance disintegrates, and the ego returns, as always, into new physical bodies.
