Are certain astrological signs more closely related with a certain guna than others?

For instance, are Taurus people inclined to be more Tamasic, Aries people inclined to be more Rajasic, etc?

I know that people of today are almost completely Rajasic and Tamasic in nature, but can one's astrological sign shed light on which quality predominates within them?
