I'm very new to this and have a number of questions. During the act of sexual magic, do the mantras have to be vocalized out loud,or can they be done in your head or softly? Also what if my spouse insists on her reaching an orgasm, even though I'm not reaching my climax or spilling my semen?

You can do the mantras silently.
