in the first chapter of Dhammapada, the Buddha speaks abpout choices and consequences. I find it easier to not do what is against the law, but harder to act rightfully and fulfil my duties. What can I do to improve my right action?
Meditate on cause and effect. Visualize the facts of actions and their results. In this way, you gradually come to understand them, and will naturally begin to perform upright action.
