Please instructors what exactly is the difference between this. It seems like the explanations to achieve both of these always overlap.

With astral projection, you leave behind the physical body and enter the internal worlds. With Jinn science, you take your physical body into the internal worlds, into hyperspace.

So why is it that one cannot see the person in the Jinn state?

Those who do not have the consciousness awakened cannot perceive the fourth dimension. Awaken those senses, and you will know.

If one awakens those senses they can also see someone who has actually projected? Or that's different?
Also, say if I achieved entering a Jinn State tonight which would he the first time ever. I am obviously fresh, what if as I am flying over I mistakenly get out of the fourth dimension and fall in the Atlantic ocean?

This sounds very fascinating. Thus far in my studies, I have not heard of this Jinn State. Which books are we learning of it?
