I read somewhere that Blavatsky mentioned in one of her writing that if one wants to be more relaxed we should do breathing exercises that activate the "moon nerve (ida)" and when one wants to be active they should activate "sun nerve (pingala)"
In the case of relaxation does one do pranayama focusing on the left testicle solely?

I am not familiar with the practice you've mentioned.

It is just as easy to relax the body by working with both nostrils in pranayama, or both using Ham-Sah. Deep breathing, whereby the diaphragm expands naturally and without stress, will produce greater relaxation, since with more oxygen intake, the brain, nervous systems, and body become serene and calm.

Having both solar and lunar energies from Ida and Pingala will aid in calming the vital body, which will help the mind to settle as well.

Is it alright to continuousl transmute with ham sah, throughout the day? Or I risk burning out or having to much energy to handle?

Yes, you can use it all day. It will not harm you.

Okay right. After we inhale and retain the prana in our brain. Do we still pronounce the mmmm in our mind or we just focus on the prana in our brain?

You can just focus on the prana.
