Not quite sure how to ask what I'm wondering about... What is said about Depersonalization or dissociation? I have lived with this as far as I can remember. It has been awful at times, but great as well. It helped me to know that I wasn't this body and there was more to what i could see and experience around me.
Is it a common experience for one to look in the mirror and have a disconnect? Modern psychology calls it a disorder, I can't imagine what it is to experience life at other way. Just looking at"my" hand sometimes... Nothing is mines and I don't know what I am. But working everyday in concentration and awareness. Thank you so much for reading and answering!

Forget what modern psychology says, since they have never cured anyone of anything.

Work on yourself, and trust your Innermost divine to guide you.
