Hello Instructors,
In "Christic and Demonic Initiation" it says we can face the Guardian of the Threshold and test ourselves in the Minor Mysteries without a spouse. Since the Solar Astral Body can only be developed with a spouse how do you become conscious with the lunar double? I remember I read somewhere Samael stating we can only become conscious with the Solar Astral Body and not with the lunar since it is of the ego. If we are to confront the Guardian of the Threshold I assume we must be somewhat conscious of the event. Thank you

The consciousness is what awakens, regardless of what vehicle it inhabits. There are plenty of human beings who awaken in the lunar double, and because they are awakened, they mistake the lunar double for the solar astral body.
