Hello,
I am very new to this philosophy, yet, in a short time it has helped me to open myself up to different perspectives that have helped me to, for the first time in a long while, renounce pornography and abstain from its use. I am also working to improve my health and fitness with diet and exercise, and I struggle with overeating, over relaxing, and other physical desires in excess. What recommendations do you have to help me better learn to control these desires and learn about/learn to manage their root causes? Thank you!
