I would like to know the opinion of any of the Instructors here about Yogani's system, "Advanced Yoga Practices." Yogani praises the Siddhasana posture as the most ideal yogic pose for the tantric purpose of sexual transmutation. Sivananda has also recommended Siddhasana for young people who are trying to get established in brahmacharya. Would AYP be a system of yogic practice that any of the Instructors here might endorse or condemn?
