Hello. I want to practice 5 Tibetians every morning. But here's the thing; I will be in military service for a month this January. So I have a month to start and build up my practice, then I probably won't be able to practice for a month. Is it better to start and give a break like this, or would it be better if I start after my military service?
You can start and stop as necessary. Take advantage of each day that you have!
