In the case of a radically evil being: Could it ever be possible for the consciousness to escape from the prison of the ego, or somehow be "drawn out" of the ego by the monad, leaving only a physical, vital, astral and mental body--with no consciousness, or embryo of soul--existing in Malkuth?

Samadhi is the ecstasy of the soul. The consciousness leaves behind materiality, vitality, emotionality, mentality, and all the lower bodies until submerging within the Being. :o
