In the Mystical Qabalah, Dion Fortune places Mercury in Hod, and Venus in Netzach.. She says that "Netzach is the Sphere of the Goddess of Nature, Venus[emotion] and Hod is the Sphere of the Mercury[intellect], the Greek analogue of Egyptian Thoth lord of books and learning". She also states, "Netzach represents the instincts and the emotions they give rise to and Hod represents the concrete mind." This is obviously very different from what is taught in this school; that Hod is the astral, relating with the emotional body and Netzach is the mental, relating with the mental body.
She also places the Pillar of Severity on the right hand side and the Pillar of Mercy on the left hand side, saying that for the microcosm, we would back into the tree..
For both examples, which is it? Is it both at the same time?

This was a mistake she inherited from her school, that was later corrected.
The correct interpretation is taught in Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor, which perfectly corresponds to The Zohar.
חוד Hod is related to the Moon. Incidentally, note the Hebrew words חודש (hodesh), "month" (itself marking one moon cycle), and חדש (hadash), "new" (related to the new moon).
נצח Netzach is related to Mercury. Incidentally, in Hebrew forehead (behind which is the "mind") is spelled מצח Metzach.
The correct interpretation is taught in Tarot and Kabbalah by Samael Aun Weor, which perfectly corresponds to The Zohar.
