Aphantasia is the suggested name for a condition where one does not possess a functioning mind's eye and cannot voluntarily visualize imagery.
Which I believe I have.
I'm part of a group where it's possible to meet up in the astral world. We go to missions and explore the world. For example the moon, etc. I'm not currently able to, but I would like to meet up with the group and meet up Samael Aun Weor
I want to learn to do this so bad, and visit the Gnostic Church.
- the method we use is, sit up and imagine yourself somewhere else. Continuously send energy to your body that you are imagining in another spot.
-concentrate on the feelings of this secondary body outside of you. Feel it as your own and concentrate on all its senses. See things from its perspective rather than yours.
- imagine the place you want to project to. Focus on the one thing you know is there and exactly how you know it looks. Pick a spot somewhere near and and then concentrate on that. Build up your energy as if you were getting ready to blast it out. Now with force, shoot your spiritual bodies to that spot you imagined.
I only practiced for a day, some people in the group were able to do it instantly or within 2 days. So I wonder if Aphantasia is effecting me..
Is it possible to train myself to visualize perfectly clear and as vivid as normal vision - to be able to astral project?

I'm going to practice with a picture of a sigil, until it becomes stable and clear. I just see blackness right now.
