I once seen this guy roll his eyes upward toward his crown while pulling down on his nose .. I’m not exactly sure what he was doing but I do know he’s into “the sciences “ . I figured maybe he’s breathing through his crown with his eyes rolled .. I’ve heard before that we have “energy gates” in the body . My question is assuming that the eyes are a gate , is there any significance to rolling the eyes upward and breathing through the crown ? Also is there any significants to breathing /pulling energy through the ears ? I’ve read a lot on ain soph
Eyes are the window to the soul, which, to clairvoyant sight, reveal the qualities of a person’s consciousness.
Breath and energy relates to energetic centers in the body, the channels Ida and Pingala. We can learn to see this energy in us through spiritual senses, but not through rolling our physical eyes.
The exercise you mentioned is not something we practice in this tradition. But whenever students listen to very complicated lectures on Kabbalah and Alchemy, we often see eyes roll!
