V.M Samael has mentioned Asafetida (hing) smudges can be used to keep incubi and succubi at bay. Should we use smudges alone or can we use it in other ways? Can asafetida essential oil be used in a diffuser instead of smudges or incense? And, does eating asafetida with food also help us? I tried to buy asafetida smudges but couldn't find anywhere. Secondly is sulfur safe when it comes in contact with our feet? Since we are recommended to put them in our shoes to eliminate succubi and incubi, I have this question.
