Namaskar,

I believe from time immemorial that what we eat, what we think, what we breath in, what we look upon... Everythink that comes inside our being is absorbed and becomes part of us, of who we are. So i have always been very interested in the art of healing and nourishment through food and any element in this dimension and above.

I would like to ask you what do you think about eating only vegetarian food?.
I found two different references in your website: one is clearly recognising the importance of a vegetarian diet: https://gnosticteachings.org/books-by-samael-aun-weor/introduction-to-gnosis/361-physical-nourishment.html.
On the other hand you have also another reference which consider the consumption of animal flesh:
https://gnosticteachings.org/faqs/health-and-healing/845-dietary-guidelines.html.

What do you think about flesh consumption? Is it really necessary?
I don't personally have any desire of eating meat at all. Also I found it disgusting together with the blood atc Furthermore, I would never kill somenthing with a consciousness higher than a plant; somenthing that mates, pees, and eat anything around. I prefer to eat the pure food myself without having to eat some creature who ate it for me and it is then in the flesh form with all the low animal impressions in it.

Speaking from my own experience I did follow a vegan diet for 2,5 years, I also practised intermittent fasting, and in that time frame my awareness became clearer, i was also able to control my emotions and animal instincts more than usual, my skin got clearer and my senses are now very sharp.
This year i also experienced an out of body experience just by practising relaxation before sleeping, and i think that's because of the high level of detoxification that my body reached.

However i felt that i may needed to include dairy in my diet...
I am really confused when it comes to dairy products as no mammals take the milk of another mammal for consumption. I see the milk coming from a cow for the baby cow, not for humans...In particular not for human's adults!.
I would like to know what do you think in regard of cow milk, and why (if you believe so) you think its for humans to be consumed??

Thank you so much for your help,
Gratitude
