In order to cure emotional sicknesses it is recommended to use the magic of the roses, unfortunately I do not have access to fresh normal type roses that one would find in a simple garden, the only type I can easily access are the cut flower varieties found in flower stores, can these type still do the job?

Since we live in a very busy fast paced world, taking the mid-day cup would be impossible from home for some due to being at work, the morning and afternoon would be okay since one can be taken before leaving and the last one after arriving home, the mid-day however, could we take this one with us to work and gulp it before lunch? Is it okay to just take that one and leave the other two at home?

Is it possible to cure emotional sickness with other methods besides this one?

Use whatever roses you can access. Of course, the more fragrant ones are more inspiring.

Pack the lunch water in a water bottle so you can drink it at work. Before you go to work, be sure to refill the lunch glass on your altar for the following day.

Emotional sicknesses can also be cured with positive emotional actions: music, art, gardening, caring for children or elderly or sick people, etc.
