Dear Gnostic Instructors;
I am new to the teaching. I am reading the teaching for some time but it is hard to practise.
As a beginner I wanted to ask some questions.
What should be the beginning of my practise ? I cannot meditate yet, because my mind is so chaotic. And I have to continue single until I meet someone to share this journey.
Should I use pranayama exercises daily in order to empower my very limited little free consciousness ? I fear because a lot of thoughts and egos emerge when I practise pranayamas. When this happens is there a danger that I might start to feed the ego from that point and on. Should I continue the exercise when this happens or do something else ? Where should I start my Work on myself ? What would you recommend for me and beginners like me to begin their practise with ?

I would appreciate if you could help.
