I'm practicing every day to meditate at least 2x a day. Either 10-20 in the morning, and before sleep.

I'm thinking about every Sat and Sun to practice waking up without an alarm so I can focus on waking up without moving and keeping my eyes closed. To help aid in astral projection.

After work, I also practice laying down on my bed for 30 minutes without moving - making sure I don't fall asleep so at night when I do go to sleep, I can practice relaxing my body and leaving my physical body.

I'm also writing down my dreams in my phone. A few months ago, I remember I went 30 days writing my dreams back to back. They went from a few sentences to paragraphs, the aim is to get that recall back.


Is there any thing else I should be doing?

Any relaxing tips to leave the body in a timed matter, etc?
