Ah sounds like somebody like Sadhguru could be.
But I am sure you have noticed how some people naturally ooze of charisma, is this linked with past lives, example when people tell me I am, its funny because I just do my own thing and try to mind my business (hardly works though)

"Charisma" is just an attraction between psychological elements.

When the Astral Light coagulates in a flower, we fall in love with the flower.

When the Astral Light coagulates in a picturesque scene, we fall in love with the scene.

When the Astral Light accumulates within a woman, we fall in love with the woman.

The Astral Light is full of beauty and sentimentalism.

Values in astral light attract and repel one another according to the laws of universal magnetization.

Thus, "charisma" is a fleeting magnetism that has no spiritual value.

Hm okay but why is it people who tend to be spiritual, masters, adepts are insanely charismatic, when most people do not share their same elements. Yes I know it has no spiritual value, but sometimes I observe day to day interactions and wonder why, someone can talk to this guy in a certain way but would be able to with another person because the latter is say more "charismatic". Why a certain person can call himself the best at something but nobody really gets annoyed yet another person does this and he is arrogant, childish etc?

I'm so glad someone else on this site is also interested in Sadhguru. He taught me the AUM mantra which began my whole spiritual investigation. I've been meaning to ask an instructor if his teachings are in line with what we're doing here or are just "complicated breathing exercises." Keeping in mind not to follow any master but to discover our innermost either way, is Sadhguru a master of major mysteries?

You are assuming that "charisma" is positive. It is not. It is only an attraction of polarized elements. It is very easy to appear "charismatic." This is the basic skill every black magician learns: how to hypnotize others with "charisma." Thus, on this planet, most of the time "charisma" is black magic.

Regarding "Sadhguru," we do not investigate the private lives of others. If you want to evaluate a teacher, study this lecture.

After the colon there was no link provided so may I ask what it was I could study to evaluate a teacher?

I also am attracted to some of what Sadhguru says but am not sure about him 100% so I would like to evaluate him.

I believe he was emphasizing the unimportance of personality/charisma in adeptship, but I could be mistaken.

This is why Samael Aun Weor said, “we have to become like a lemon.” Have you ever tasted a raw lemon just by itself, taken a lemon and put in your mouth? Nothing can stand against that taste. Right? Nothing. When you put that lemon in your mouth it wipes out everything else, everything, you cannot override it. That is renunciation, that is what he is talking about.
