Hi,
I have a terrible fear of darkness, graveyard and being harmed by souls of those deceased who are lingering around their tombs. Nevertheless, I decide to face and overcome my fear by spending a night at a graveyard. I've been going there to face my fear for 15 minutes, 20 minutes but it's unbearable and I ran away.
Please suggest some technique/practice to face this as well as protection against any kind of black and negative forces in the graveyards.
Thank you so much!!!

Since graveyards are negative, filled with sorcery, astral larvae, and parasites, why put oneself under their influence? The solution is to be mindful and silent in the three brains while passing by. Don't identify with the impressions of such environments or seek them out to overcome your fear. Fear is overcome through self-observation, comprehension, and prayer to the Divine Mother for annihilation, not by putting yourself in situations that compromise your health and spiritual well being.

I personally stay away from such places because I've seen them in the astral plane: graveyards are filled with bats, astral larvae, psychic filth, and what are known as zombies (yes, they exist: they are astral parasites that feed off the blood and brains, the sexual energy, of people who visit). Such influences can make one demented. Also, it's important to note that the souls do not inhabit the graves, but the personalities of the deceased, which is different.

Joyful in hope, suffering in tribulation, be thou constant in thy prayer.

Benedictis, qui venit in nomine Domini. Osanna in excelsis.

"Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord. Hosanna in the highest!"

Also, I forget to ask about the zombie part, do we see them with our physical eyes, can we remove them with sulphur?
Thank you :p

Thank you so much so your answer. I certainly agree that there's no point going there.
However, I want to prepare myself for some of the worst case on this physical world. I understand that if I cannot overcome that, how could I even face what I will be seeing in the physical world. And we never know if by karma, we might be in that situation.
Eventually I would want to experience, understand and accept my fear to eliminate it by going through the experience. From now till there, I know I have a lot to work on. I am therefore asking here for a practice and spiritual protection that I might use in case I will be in that situation.
For now, I am daily meditating on this ego, bring up the fear, if possible, try to accept it. When my mind runs wild, I chant the mantra "Klim krisnaya..." and visualize the image of Mother Durga destroying this active ego in my heart.
Please advice me, I do not want this fear to become stronger.
Thank you so much
