I know we should practice Arcanum AFZ when we have a partner. We are also told that bramyacharya system failed because no one can be celibate indefinitely. So, my question is what should a single person do? I have been left with lot of loneliness in my life. And, I try to abstain from sexual activity or masturbation. However, I feel like I am suppressing this energy and finding it difficult to handle it efficiently. How do I deal with it? Any guidance and practice is greatly appreciated.
