Hot spices can ignite some sexual fire to a degree, but this is neither positive or negative. If one is feeling too aroused and struggling to control the sexual energy, then he or she can avoid spicy food. Conversely, if one feels too sexually cold, some hot spices may be of benefit. Ultimately, it is the purity of our mind and practice that matters.
