With your right hand, begin at your forehead with "In the name of the Father..." and as you extend downwards towards the sexual organs state "and the Son" (the Son, in the Heart, connects Brain and Sex), and then bring your hand up to your left shoulder and state "the Holy Spirit" as you cross your body to the right shoulder. The Holy Spirit makes the cross, and the Gnostic makes the cross above, because the Brain is controlling the Sex.
