Hi all! So serious question, when performing the work do you have to be as motionless as possible? I forgot where, but I remember reading that during the work its supposed to mimic meditation (mindful, and sitting crossed legged as well) with little movement as possible.
What if my spouse isn't as interested in Gnosis as I am?
Can the work still be achieved with more general positions? I remember it said little movement so as to prevent lustful intention but isn't sex supposed to be pleasurable? Or is it just a precaution to prevent the spilling of the seed?
Is not being in a meditative position less effective to create the solar bodies or for ego elimination?
