Inverential Peace!
What is the best way to seek forgiveness and redemption from divinity, namely our Inner Being?
After living a life of indulgence and mistakes, one comes to feel hopeless and lost, especially after making the same mistakes over and over knowing the consequences of our erroneous actions. What approach should one take to seek the redemption of the soul?

Perform the three factors for spiritual revolution every day:
  1. Birth: transmutation of the sexual energy
  2. Death: comprehension and elimination of the ego
  3. Sacrifice: help others benefit in accordance with your skills, talents, and dispositions
The lion of the law of karma is fought with scale. Do good deeds to pay your debts.

Are there certain auxiliary practices alongside the three factors which would help fighting against the pull towards repeating bad habits? After the initial motivation to change fades away, the habits return with a lot of force, even if we manage to keep them at bay for some time, slowly they may draw us in once again until we are back at square 1, the more this takes place the more it feels like there is no hope of change. Is it possible for someone who is sinking deeply in the mud of sin to ever be clean again?

MEDITATION.

The ONLY remedy is to comprehend the suffering that harmful actions cause.

In the moments of temptation, use the Lord's Prayer.

"Do not worry; cultivate the habit of being happy." - Samael Aun Weor
