Hello dear friends,

I was watching a documentary on the Yogis of Tibet and the following was said (you can watch it here):

There are different wind energies inside a human person.
In one posture, the wind which enables us to excrete waste, enters into the central nerve channel, eliminating some of the negative emotions.
When you broaden your shoulders and sit upright, the [?] related winds enter and get rid of ignorance.
When your neck is slightly bend downwards at an angle, and you touch the tip of your tongue on the pallet, then fire related wind enters and dissipates desire.
When you lower your eye a bit, so you almost see the tip of your nose, the space related wind enters and gets rid of egocentric pride.
When you sit cross-legged and remain in single-pointed concentration, then water related wind enters and helps to get rid of jealousy.
These postures are a very good way of getting rid of someone's negative emotions.

Does Master Samael describe such details in any of his books? Are there other authors you can recommend for instructions like these?
Or is this something related to higher esoteric degrees and we shouldn't be concerned with it?
Thank you very much.
All of these innumerable varieties of practices and Asanas (postures) served for the descending arch of the evolving life; yet, now we are starting an ascending arch of evolution, and therefore, that enormous quantity of postures and exercises are antiquated for the new Aquarian era... All Mudras and Bandhas are totally useless for the new Aquarian era. - Samael Aun Weor, Kundalini Yoga

Those postures only suppress the various psychological qualities. They do not eliminate them. Thus, they are of no value to us today.

But there is nothing wrong with them being suppressed until finally disintegrated?

Given the common tendency to put things off until later, suppressing or avoiding the truth leads to failure.
