Question regarding astral projection.
I have managed to awaken my mind while asleep, my body is asleep. I move my arms around I can feel them moving. I open my eyes and wave my hands in my face, yet I see only my bedroom ceiling.
I know I'm asleep so I close my eyes and do the roll out technique. I always use too much force and feel myself fly across the room to my window (about 7ff away from my bed)
But there's only darkness I can't see anything. It's like I don't have astral eyes.
What's happening? Or not happening?

You are being shown the darkness of your mind, since these types of experiences are symbolic. Work to develop light, consciousness, by comprehending and eliminating the ego in meditation, and you will be granted illumination and internal experiences.
