Dear Instructors,

What advice would you give for a beginner to start with practical work.

In other words, what would you suggest to start with and how much time should be spent on each practice ?

I feel embarrassed to say that i have studied occultism and mysticism for a number of years, and have been a member of several different occult fraternaties, but have realised that i was spending most of my time in intellectual studies and very little on practical work.

One of the reasons i ask this question is that it is becoming increasingly apparent to me that this humanity has little time, and in view of that it seems time is of the essence in this respect, so maybe i have a lot of work to do quickly ?

Thank you, Michael, for the question, and Alexis, for the answer. This helps a lot.
