<p>I must say, Samael Aun Weor's books are very practical.</p>
<p>Before being introduced to Gnosis, I was an eternal sceptic. I had no use for the thought of religion, and I thought it was a construct made to enslave individuals.</p>
<p>Until the challenge was presented from his books.</p>
<p>He boldly claimed, that with proper techniques, and consistent practice of meditation, and writing down of dreams, one can experience what all spiritual schools claim to experience.</p>
<p>After the first time I tried writing down dreams, and meditating twice a day regularly. Within a week it had yielded experiences that proved, first hand, that his teachings, are true.</p>
<p>The concept of "Knowledge gained through first-hand experience" is the key. As he says, he is merely a signpost, the true inner work can only be done by the individual.</p>
