Dream about North Korea Nuclear Weapon

I was recently researching how to move to Los Angeles and what the rent is like over there, and what jobs I could get, etc. Then I had a dream where two people were talking inside a building and said, "we moved out here because" something something. Then next thing I remembered the entire place started collapsing in on itself and I was dodging massive pieces of buildings and they were hitting me and they were hurting my astral body. It was a massive chaos. Hard to describe. But then amidst all this I heard, "North Korea is building a nuclear weapon". It might have been North Korea has a nuclear weapon or North Korea is building a bomb, but it was definitely along those lines. I just saw in the news that North Korea did a hydrogen bomb test and the U.S. threatened to respond with "massive military action". My question is do any of the instructors know what is going to happen with this. What will happen to the gnostic people who are working on the path in Los Angeles if God forbid, something were to happen to them or any other city. Would they get another life somewhere where people actually study and practice Dharma? Or would they get another life, and forget about gnosis and accidentally fall back into egotistical habits of creating more karma? Could there be a place on another planet that would take these souls and rehabilitate them so to speak in their next life?
