Dignity is inner strength, tolerance, and the ability to act with purity, virtue, and selflessness in the face of corruption, solely for the benefit of others.

Pride is mental and emotional violence, which seeks to disregard or ignore the will and wellbeing of one's neighbor.

Pride wants to humiliate or harm others in order to feel satisfied, exalted, and powerful. Dignity wants to be humble in order to act for, protect, and exalt others.
