I know it is well advised we chant our mantras throughout the day, even when not meditating, but this is tough to do consciously, as I cant imagine talking or listening to someone and im chanting a mantra in my head, consciously not mechanically, its already hard to do so when driving instead of talking or listening, and of course we also have to combine being mindful as well, which adds to the difficulty, in this case do we just persist stubbornly and it comes naturally?
