How do we kabbalistically interpret hours and minutes that we see in the dreams? Say, 22:30 or 7:04? In terms of hours, that is clear, but what should we do with the minutes? Should we add minutes to the hours?

Kabbalah involves sums and the addition of numbers.

22:08 would be 2 + 2 + 0 + 8 = 12 = 1 + 2 = 3. Arcanum 12, which is supported by Arcanum 3. Both additions are significant.

7:04 would be 7 + 0 + 4 = 11. 1 + 1 = 2. Arcanum 11 and Arcanum 2.

Bear in mind that the original numbers also bear significance.

While vacationing by the ocean, I overslept and forgot to get up early in the morning to do my pranayama and walk by the beach. I dreamed of oversleeping and not getting to work on time. I saw the clock stating 8:01 in the astral plane.

When I awoke, I realized I had missed my ride. I was suffering a little and just needed to be patient (Arcanum 8).

I also needed willpower (Arcanum 1) to get to my destination so I could do my pranayama by the beach (symbolized by getting to work and performing my duties of transmutation, since this is part of the great work).

All of this in synthesized through the teachings of Yesod (as the clock showed 8:01, or 8 + 0 + 1 = 9, the Ninth Sphere).

For thirty years I sought God. But when I looked carefully I found that in reality God was the seeker and I the sought. -Bayazid al-Bastami
