Dearest instructor, I have heard that Saturday the 13th of any month is Gnostic holy day and one must pray to melchizedek at the 13th hour to ask to learn more about oneself.
The technique I am told is to lay face down for an hour and imagine you are going to the center of the Earth and speaking with melchizedek.
