Hello
I would like to know if it is okay to recite the mantras and do a normal prayer ? I was raised a catholic and was taught a different way to pray.
So,I wanted to know if I should stop with the way I taught to pray and use more of the mantras and Gnostic prayers? Or if it is okay to keep praying the way
I was taught as catholic and mix with the mantras? I am a bit confused about using both
Thank you

Prayer is essential. We should always pray when we wake in the morning, and pray before we go to sleep.
Prayer is powerful for beginning and ending meditation / mantra recitation.
You can pray in the morning when you awake from bed, followed by a mantra of your choice and need.
Use whatever prayers are natural to you. You do not need complicated formulae (although certain prayers carry tremendous power).
Mantras will empower your prayer. Prayer is empowered through the pure fragrance of sincerity and longing for divinity.

Example,in the morning when I wake up, I pray to thank God for the new day and later at night pray before going to bed. So, I wanted to know how to include the mantras in prayer routine, since I never used mantras before? Should I stop my prayers routine and only use mantras,or I can do both?
