If I have no wife to practice Alchemy with, what is the best course of action?
I guess it's Brahmacharya and Meditation, isn't it?

"But as God hath distributed to every man, as the Lord hath called every one, so let him walk... Art thou bound unto a wife? seek not to be loosed. Art thou loosed from a wife? seek not a wife... He that is unmarried careth for the things that belong to the Lord, how he may please the Lord: But he that is married careth for the things that are of the world, how he may please his wife." - 1 Corinthians 7

Shouldn't single peoples practice daily pranayama, perfecting their works, until a spouse comes along? The bible verse provided almost seems to say that a married man is too busy caring for his wife's pleasure than for God's pleasure. Can you please provide some further explanation?
