Dear Instructors

I after much praying and self-observation, I have come to realise that I am deeply afflicted by Lilith and Nahemah. I have been instructed in spirit to wage war against these forces.

I kindly request any practical resources you may point me to such as mantras, prayers, conjurations, remedies and practices that I can engage in which are specifically targeted at freeing oneself from Lilith and Nahemah. I have no doubt that this task is not something that can be accomplished overnight, however, we need to start where are and build from there.

I am now ready to start. I have ceased to justify these forces within me. I wish now to honour the great law and begin working with my Karma to rid myself of these forces.
