I received the information through my intuition that a close member of my family is mamipulated from magic, specifically, his hearing ability is influenced so, that he does not listen. (When we speak to him he responds, so it is not physical.)
At that time, I did not do anything, I forgot it.
I did not see this person for a year, so when I saw him, he was speaking differently and I remembered that he was under a spell.
I decided to see if I am crazy, so after a while, I found out that a woman is making consistenly magic to him for financial reasons. I am not skilled in whight magic, so I wanted to ask if there is something I can do to help him.
I am praying to my divine parents to ask Jesus Christ and the Masters of the White Fraternity to cure him. Thank you.

You can work with the elemental of the lemon tree described in The Major Mysteries. The lemon tree is exceptionally powerful for disintegrating and demolishing works of black magic.

I was picking the lemons in a group o three from the tree and throwing them one by one in the fire. Yes, I will try to see in the internal planes during meditation. Thank you.
The lemons do not have to explode to indicate that they've worked. But if the sorcery is strong, the lemons WILL explode! 
You can throw the lemons one by one in the manner you described. But it's good to do them in groups of three, one by one, as prescribed.

I did it today, no lemon exploded, what does this mean? Did it work? Can the magic be dissolved without a lemon to explode? At the end I thanked the lemon tree.
I tried to do everything as described: I traced a small circle around the base of the tree(I could not trace a big one, because of flowers being around the tree), I made a small hole and placed three groups of three tiny sticks. Did the need to be above the level of the water? Mine were under water at first and then the water in the hole was absorbed from the ground, the hole was not filled constantly with water. I lit a fire from wood and begged the lemon tree to serve me. I had in mind its elemental, but did not address it as elemental, but as lemon tree. While picking the first three lemons, I forgot to look at them fixedly, I only looked at them, with the other 2 groups of lemons, I tried to look at them for a while before picking them. I put them in the fire one by one using a metal. Did I have to throw them as described? I begged the lemon tree to defend the person I had in mind and dissolve the magic which was done on him, as I said, there was no exploded lemon. If a lemon explodes, it is because the black magicians are are performing sorcery on you. So, command the elemental of that lemon tree to defend you.
